Computer Literacy; Computer Literacy Training

it has come up here and on the discourse forum that computer literacy, which is an essential precursor to full digital literacy, may be lacking. Daniel Blake was unable to use a computer but this was essential for him to claim benefits. Everyone should have an email address. Everyone should be computer literate in this internet age. I have made a video with a check list of what should be taught to achieve computer literacy have I left anything out? Watch full screen
